March 2020 - COVID 19Hey Guys!
The Corona Virus is certainly keeping everyone on edge! It can create feelings of anxiety and fear in everyone. I recommend daily deep breathing exercises to help your mind/body remain calm (here is a link to a great visual to use for yourself or your kids: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aXItOY0sLRY ). I also recommend limiting how often you are watching the news - we know Covid-19 is not a nice bug, that's really all we need to know right now! Lastly, most importantly, just stay smart... keep up with your hand-washing, wipe down surfaces you use with a disinfectant (remember your smartphones too!) and keep the advised 6.5 feet physical distance from others. As your safety is paramount, I unfortunately have to cancel all in-person sessions and consultations until the social-distancing ban is lifted. Where possible, you will be given the option to connect remotely via online web sessions, or a telephone call! Now more than ever, we must stay connected! Physical distancing does NOT need to literally mean social distancing, we just have to adapt!
